On August 23, 1999, the quick service snack counter Hollywood Scoops opened in Disney’s Hollywood Studios in Walt Disney World. It is located near the Hollywood Tower Hotel, near the end of Sunset Boulevard. Popular items on the menu include an Apple Crisp a la Mode and a Brownie Sundae; also sold is an old-fashioned ice cream sundae, as well as ice cream by the cup or the cone, and an ice cream cookie sandwich.
