On January 4, 2018, the casual dining restaurant The Edison opened in Walt Disney World’s Disney Springs area. Styled after a 1920s electric company, and inspired by the invention and imagination of that era, the restaurant serves classic cocktails and hearty American fare. Dishes on the menu include the specialty Edison Burger, the Black Cherry Cream Shake, and the Menlo Park Mac & Cheese.
